Hula Hoop To Flatten Abs
Host: Yes, you are not on the wrong site. From now on, Blogging Today will be here every Wednesday (not sure yet if we will be on regular at Make or Break). This is to serve the She Bloggers Club and their weekly guest post. This is our first week here, so I am a bit nervous. This is very different from Blogging Today at Make or Break. I hope you guys will enjoy our show here as much as you did at MOB.
So, so we were tasked to present to you our guest She Blogger, no other than (thank you very much Random, org) Yljien of I EmpowerMyself. Hi Yljien and thanks for joining the linky love last week. As you know you were randomly chosen to be our guest blogger today and I hope that you mind us taking one of your article.
Yljien: No problem at all. I hope that my article Hula Hoop To Flatten Abs can help my fellow She Bloggers.
Host: Oh, such a kind soul. So do you think hula hoop is the most effective exercise to flatten abs?
Yljien: Yes, for me, the most effective is to do hula-hoop for at least 15 minutes a day. nabasa ko po sa book, kaya daw ang tyan, bewang, abdomen, belly, abs, tummy ang pinaka-tabaing bahagi ng katawan ng tao o where fats are deposited the most is because…fats or adipose tissues, being inert tissue, naturally gravitates to the point of least activity. And, our abdomen is the least we move unlike our legs, arms and back. We naturally move our legs, arms and back daily so fats are not deposited in these areas of the body.
Host: Oh so, that is one of the reason why we have lot of fats in our belly.
Yljien: Fats in the abdomen are caused by local inactivity. As such, the logical and effective remedy is muscular movements/activities. That’s why sometimes dieting or starving to death alone do not help or work. Mere walking, jogging or running alone will not solve the abdominal obesity, motions of the legs do not bring movements or actions to the tummy where the fats are deposited or stored. Hence, there is a need to do a direct activity for the abdomen so that the fatty tissues may be dislodged…
…best po na igalaw ang tyan...hula hoop moves our abdomen and our entire mid-section…nde pa magastos:)
Host: Wow! I must try that too! So how often you do hula hoops?
Yljien: I hula hoop for 20 minutes 4 to 6 times a week…it worked for me…my abs is becoming flat and my waist is becoming small…I am becoming shapely now
:)…this is me after my hula hoop work-out…sarap mag-hula hoop…ahahaha….
Host: ahaha, She Bloggers, heard that? We should all try Hula Hoops ASAP.. or anyone here except Yljian have tried it? Come on she bloggers, share us your experience (and in case you are wondering where Pehpot is, she’s out to buy her own Hula Hoop!)
I hope you will join me again next week and if you haven’t left your link, CLICK HERE and list your link.
SBC Week 2
I don’t know what’s with Mc Linky, it’s not the same as it is in Blogger. Here in WordPress, it generates a separate page for the links. It does not seem like your links are here on my site. So I have to publish all the pretty she bloggers that left their links to my secretary, Linky.

You don’t have to do anything sis, I chose a health related article from your blog and it is scheduled for Wednesday. Please come back here on Wednesday and share with us what you think.

If you have more than one blog, you can enter all of them here. The link is open every week from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, I will choose one from the list of links. The chosen one will be our guest she blogger for the week. I will choose a health related article from her blog and will be featured here every Wednesday. So what are you waiting for? She Bloggers Update
Hello She Bloggers! Sorry if I did not get to create a link generator last week. I was hoping hubby can do one for me but he’s a bit busy right now. So I have no choice but to use Mc Linky for a while. Anyway, SHE BLOGGERS CLUB is a group for Filipina female bloggers. It does not matter if you are living in the Philippines or not as long as you are a Pinay , you’re in. You just grab the code on the sidebar and you’re in. Link Love will be up every Monday and all she bloggers are welcome to post their link here (if you have ten blogs, you can enter them here).
This is NOT A MEME.. this is just a way to support each other, so if you have time, just visit the other links below. Now, every week I will post a topic and if you have an article with the same topic, link it up here but if you don’t have, just link to your homepage. Easy? OK go, start entering your link now.
