
My sister told us how great Olive Oil can be.. she mentioned how this oil can make you slimmer because it makes the bad fats into good fats. Well, I still have to research about it..but I am trying, I believe there’s nothing wrong if I do. Judging from the way she look now, I think it really has a great effect on her body. Today was the first day I took a spoon of Olive Oil and we will see how my body will react. I am just afraid because I do not know where I can place it.. I bought a big one, makes me wish I have a wine chiller, I mean wine box or wine holder to put this, to prevent the kids from breaking it.
