I am a mother of three boys and I just gave birth to a baby girl. This is my first time to take care of a baby girl. Now I somehow know what is the difference of man’s health to a woman’s health. I learned that girls urine are more in volume than boys and that girls urinate more than boys. I still have to collect data on why is that way and if urine amount and frequency is influenced by the gender. Another thing is the fact that I do not know how to clean the private parts of a bay girl. So I researched about it and learned a lot. Since this blog is dedicated to woman’s health, why don’t talk about our genitals and how to properly clean it. I am pretty sure most of our teeners don’t know how to do it properly. Here is what I got from wikihow
How To Wash Your Vagina:
Steps:
- Get in your shower in the most comfortable position to wash your vagina. This could be either standing with the shower head running or even squatting while the tap is running.
- If you are left handed, use your left hand or if you are right handed, use your right hand. Gently rub your vagina with your index, middle and ring finger with water. This will remove any heavy residue already there.
- Take a wash cloth or just a cup, to run water on your vagina. Don’t rub, or get too hot of water. That could lead into irritation.
- Make sure that if you choose to use soap that don’t get it into the vagina. That could lead to burning and irritation.
Tips and Warnings:
- Be gentle as hard rubbing could possibly damage your vagina.
- Avoid getting soap into your vagina.
- Move on your wash your buttocks and anus later. The bacteria from your buttocks and anus could get to your vagina giving you a disease.
- Don’t use too much soap.
- Don’t forget to wash your anus
- Make sure when you go to clean your vagina, that your hand is clean, and doesn’t have any soap on them, if you don’t want to use soap.
